Personal Information
This website uses a simple contact form to collect information from citizens of Thorold who are interested in helping re-elect Councillor Tim O’Hare. The campaign collects the minimal amount of information in order to establish contact with volunteers.
Persons interested in volunteering with Tim’s campaign are asked to leave their name, telephone number, and email address so our campaign staff can contact them.
Who we share your data with
We do not share this information with anyone else under any circumstances.
How long we retain your data
Volunteer data will be retained for a period of one year, after which it will either be renewed by the volunteer or scrubbed from our files.
What rights you have over your data
You have the right to ask to see any data kept about yourself by this campaign. You will either be pleasantly surprised or deeply disappointed with how little data we keep.
Where your data is sent
Your data is sent to Tim’s email address. It might be shared with other members of the campaign team depending on the circumstances. Your data will not leave the sphere of the 2026 Thorold municipal council race.
Thank you for your interest. Please remember to vote on October 26.
